He has experienced and worn many hats in his field of experience as a city planner and building inspector for local cities, as a development manager for a market rate home builder, and as a elected official promoting smart growth strategies and policies. This diverse background coupled with his facility planning and operations experience he gained via assisting large property owners such as the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, retro-commissioning services for UC Berkeley, provides him with a unique and unmatched understanding of built environment to advise clients on how to accomplish their green building goals while satisfying any local and state building code requirements.

Paul Correa, Founding Principal of CPG-Consultants, has worked in the land development, green building and sustainability field for over ten years. Paul founded CPG on the premise that he wanted to leverage his vast experience in the built environment and the policy arena to advise property owners, developers, building operators and builders of multifamily market-rate and affordable housing reach both development and energy efficiency goals.
He advises clients on such as goals as how to lower operating costs through building systems improvements or high performance building design, obtain entitlements, reach sustainability targets and satisfy any local and or state regulatory requirements effectively and efficiently, and, on time and on budget.
